Movement sessions

Taking the term pivot literally, we plan to incorporate movement-based practices for holistic well-being. We derive from the principles of dance movement therapy, mindfulness practices, and at the heart of it all, a sense of community to create our sessions.


Movement sessions are organized in groups based on different themes (such as anxiety/loneliness) and different groups (such as homemakers/ young professionals). Note: You do not need to know how to dance, to participate in it.
What can you expect:
1. Getting to know yourself better.
2. Exploring thoughts and emotions that have been suppressed
3. Getting a new perspective on the body-mind connection
4. Finding a route to mental health through your body and movement
5. Feeling a sense of community and togetherness
