Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointment will only be confirmed, once the payment has been made. Payment is accepted in all available formats including bank transfers, debit/credit cards and UPI.
Rescheduling and cancellation of the session is possible, free of charge, 24 hours prior to the commencement of the session. This can be done via the booking link. The request for refund needs to be sent via email ([email protected]) or via WhatsApp message (6292002235). A refund will be initiated once the request has been received. The refund amount will be processed and credited to the client’s account within 3-4 working days.
However, a request for rescheduling a session arising less than 24 hours to go for the session will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be made.
A reminder email for the appointment will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your booked session time.
In case, you are going to be late in joining the session or are unable to attend, kindly inform, on the above mentioned contact details (prior to the commencement of the session).
If no communication takes place from the client’s end, the therapist will wait for the client for the first 30 minutes of the session time, beyond which the session will be considered cancelled. No refunds will be made.
